the system or the society
they're both standing in opposition
to the one true Deity
it's like paper in the grip of scissors
thinking it cannot be cut
the day is coming when the earth and heavens
will be shaken and burnt up
fire
every knee will be hitting the dirt,
every mouth open to confess
that Jesus Christ is the way and the truth,
the Lord of righteousness
all the ones who called him Lord
but didn't listen to the Father
will be cast away
only those purified by trials
will approach the consuming
